Speech On Annual Day Function

Fourth easy recipe: a dessert.

Fruit cooked with honey and ginger.

Well, I think that alone tell you the recipe but ...

Put in a pan apples, pears and plums, peeled, cored and cut into wedges (!?!). You can use all the fruits together or just one type at a time.
Cook on low heat, but not too much, adding a few tablespoons of honey oak, with a bitter aftertaste, or other sources, water from time to thread that add time, and a nice piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced.
For about half an hour or until the fruit has not reached the level of browning you prefer.
Remove from heat until cooked perfectly, trying to have kept a bit 'of honey and ginger sauce (3 minutes before removing from heat add a little water).
Divide the cups in all you do to cool (do not refrigerate, it should be served warm, almost ambient).

In cooking you can add fresh chopped walnuts.

Council: cooking with honey bee colonies has called for days that were stationed on my balcony trying to build affixed to every nook and cranny. And 'better if cooked with the windows closed.

Inspiration: am a vegetarian.
