Eleventh easy recipe: a first
potato gnocchi with spinach and bacon sauce
Follow the steps to prepare potato gnocchi and add spinach, boiled, drained well, chopped finely and dried if necessary to the mixture, making sure that not too wet.
Knead and cut the gnocchi. Boil, drain and serve with a sauce made with:
diced bacon fried in a little olive oil, with added fresh tomato, a little salt and pepper at will (cook about 15-20 minutes).
