Today Jce after you install the version for Joomla 1.5 and all the various plugins, I started to edit a post ... at the end do I insert a picture, press the small icon of the upload (uploading from pc, this right above the preview window), select the image on my computer, hit upload and little surprise ... ...

Components -> Jce Administration -> Configuration
One of the last options in the left column is: Upload Method set it to HTML
Save and go try again,-P
