Fourteenth recipe easy mushroom risotto recipe

Recipe after-party.

A drop of oil in the pan: Fry the chopped onion for 1 minute, stir in the rice and toast for a few minutes.
Pour white wine and marsala wine, add the dried mushrooms soaked in warm water at least half an hour and then cook over low heat for not always turning to attack the lengthening rice with miso soup.
Salt - a little - and at the end of cooking stir in a small knob of butter and a little parmesan cheese (if sometimes another hard cheese hard cheese).

Success depends on the moderate diet plate of condiments.
For best results it is preferable to use a lot of mushrooms and high quality.
